havin sex affect muscle building? only thing i could see about having alot of sex, would be that you may burn off more calories then you would like. i mean think about it. you plan your calorie intake based on your cardio and weight training on top of maintance calories. but do you factor in sex? i know i have nice long sex where i sweat more then i do if i run a mile. so right there is made calories and glycogen stores being burned off. which will affect your muscle building. but other then that... no i doubt sex will affect muscle building. it will help actually. sex increases testosterone and GH. so that right there is a plus
ok thanx....for some reason i thought that u release alot of test when ejaculating....out of ur body not in......how about proteins in ur sperm?
and even if it did?
Man, I let loose on some floozy a while back after not getting laid for a while, it felt like someone tore my abs apart the next day. Sex = great ab workout.
i duno im all messed up because i have sex atleast once a day and im seeing great results...
Sex is working out great for me lol. I wouldn't recommend doing it immediately before your workout but other than that go for it!
Damn then my wife has been consuming alot of test lately she should be growing a beird by now.
that's a myth. They actually had a special on a show that tested this theory of weakness after sex. The subject was a pro ranked boxer. He was tested for punch strength using a bag hooked to sensors. They measured the punches before, then he had a night of sex with his wife and went in the next morning.the result was a slight increase in strength the next day but nothing too significant. So it had no effect on punch strength.
That is such a subjective test that there is no way it could prove anything. There are thousands of factors affecting a person's day to day strength. hydration, quality and quantity of sleep, etc.
Maybe he punched harder cause he was in a good mood? maybe he just had a heavy does of carbs just prior for some energy.
bottom line kiddies: testosterone IS NOT in semenal fluid...plain and simple, not in there. stop thinking that semenal fluid is testosterone because it's not. You don't ejaculate testosterone, you ejaculate sperm and semenal fluids.
