Hi Guys looking for some in put on my second course
first course was deca, winstroll and test cyp.
i am 23, 218 pounds about 12% body fat, training for around 3 years. the course i had in mind is
week 1-4 dbol
week1-10 equpoise and sustanon 250
week 9-13 winstroll
nolvadex daily
start pct from week 13
any advice would be appreciated.
what is your goal?? size?? cut??

your diet will be more important than the cycle.. but lets start there..
many will say wait 2 more years, what's the hurry...

im 1.88m, just under 6ft, trying to get bigger at the moment not happy with my current size, the diet is good done lots of research on dieting and worked out a good one, i am hoping to get good quality gains with not to much water thats why i added the eq and winny not too sure if it will give the right effect though.
well, i have the least amount of experience with sust, so i can't comment a lot on that one.
It's recommended that your 1st cycle be test only, the reason for this is that you will be able to know the compound and effects, then the next cycle you add 1 other item, it's trial and error many times and over the coarse of several years to determine what your body will grow with, and how to control the side effects..
If you have too many compounds, and sides that won't go away, it will be very difficult to determine what is causing them.
if you did test e that's 2 injections per week and that's it, usually the most a beginner can take..
