Why did my cycle didn't work ?
I did 500mg test and 400mg deca for about 10 weeks and just got a lot of water/fat. I gained 14 lbs and lost almost everything during pct.
Before cycle I was 215 lbs with 17% fat.
I ate about 4500kcals everyday in the form of meat,eggs,fish,pasta etc etc.
I do sitting work or don't work at all. I did split workout training on monday,wednesday,friday.
I'm pretty sure it was real stuff cause I wanted to **** every woman who looked nice, jacking of 5 times a day LOL. And I got some backhair nowadays.

i'm doing the same cycle right now..10 weeks deca 400mg/wk
and 500mg/wk ..12 weeks test
i hope i don't lose it all.

I would say it had to do with diet and training regime..... Also, have you measured your BF? maybe you lost some BF while at the same time losing some weight?
Look at all angles... also, sounds like it was legit gear just looking at the surface... everyone gets affected somewhat differently by the compounds. maybe it was way underdosed, etc... lots of factors to consider. I will say it had to do mostly with diet and weightlifting.... was your stregnth going through the roof?

Well, I don't know if you should eat 6000... that might not be the answer, and be bad advice, maybe it is the answer??? At 17% I wouldn't push more cals. A lot say their diet is good etc, yet when really broken down it is not structured to maximize gains quite as well as anticipated. Still you should have kept something unless you changed on post cycle and went back to a bad diet and different lifting intensity level.
Know one can tell you a definitive answer to this.. there are too many variables. Your stregnth should have shot up at a minimum. The only time my stregnth didn't go up as much is when I was taking L-dex while on cycle. Kept the bloat down, but the stregnth wasn't coming like it should.
More lifting/heavy, more food, more anabolic , more proetein synthesis = more muscle.

ya, something isn't adding up. You listed what your diet consisted of but it matters how much and at what times you eat. Plus it matters what kind. mcdonald's chicken biscuit isn't substitued for your chicken meal.
The lack of strength thing is what is making me think the gear was bad. You might have had some, but i think it was bunk and underdosed. That stack should have added some good strength while you were on it at the minimum.

no no I understand what you're saying but I wasn't eating junk or anything
As for the gear, I'm not sure if it's good stuff or not cause I got sides like bloat,insane libido, increased hairgrowth and rash on my back. But I didn't notice much more than that. A little more muscle and a little more strenght.
When I saw my train-buddy a few weeks ago after not seeing him since before my cycle he said I had some more back and chest muscle going on.
I am thinking of two other things:
My fat percentage was about 17% or maybe 18% allready when I started out. Could it be that I had a lot of testo to estro conversion enzymes cause of that ?
Or could I just be a non responder and need to use more than others ?
Explains why I get sides and not much gains.

everyone is overlooking the 3 day workout split- you need a lot of intensity for that to suffice
also at 17% you were aromatizing heavily... with no ai
my guess is your estrogen through the roof hindering gains, with not enough gym time to boot

Did your balls shrink? Deca should have them pretty small by the end of the first couple weeks.

Well being 215 at 6'5 basically tells me that you either haven't been training long, or your diet is poor.

6'5" and 143 lbs? lol, are u serious? I mean seriously, that is like anorexically skinny. When I was 21 years old and on my ecstacy kick where I probably ate maybe 500-800 calories a day and that was on a good day, I was 143 lbs. And I was a twig and I'm only 6'00 tall. Sorry it just doesnt sound like something adds up there, to be 143 lbs at 6'5" you would probably be to unhealthy to even lift a barbell.
But anyways, my guess is that gear that you showed looks pretty generic to me and I've never heard of it. It was probably heavily underdosed and the reason you even gained 14lbs was because you upped your caloric intake and started drinking more water.
If you are on real gear and your taking a deca /test stack, you will start feeling good strength gains around week 2 to 4 and by week 5 you will feel like you can break through walls. Your gear was no good, simple as that.
The hair growth and increased libido could have been psychological, you were taking gear and therefore you happen to notice hair that wasn't there before and you felt like you should have more sex drive so you did. Unless you're one of those extremely rare people whos body just doesn't respond to gear theres no way you wouldnt feel it.

Actually it look like you gained 87 pounds in 12 months?

One year and 2 months ago he weighed 191lbs at 8%bf>>> my tbol only cycle
6 months ago he weighed 220lbs>>> 7th day taking Cissus/Osteobolin and nothing happened yet :(
So 14 months ago he weighed 191lbs, he said 18 months ago he weighed 143 lbs,so he gained 48 lbs naturally in 4 months?
So alltogether in 12 months he went from 143lbs to 220lbs, so after the 4 months of gaining 48 lbs he gained a further 29 lbs in 2 months, and it seems he did it all naturally as of at least may last year he hadnt even started a cycle.

Hes not being sherlock holmes and Im sure I speak for all of us when I say we don't appreciate the lying. You say 140, then your 220, now your BACK to 215 post cycle. I don't understand the logic, maybe you dont either, being as for us to help it would require honest facts.
Anyway, I personally think you gained due to increased cals. I remember right when I first started bulking about 4 years ago, I gained 40 lbs naturally the first year. I was far from fat too, even then I was accused of steroid use . Cals can really do it people underestimate the utmost importance of diet. Try to get some more gains naturally first being as you should weigh at least 240 at that height, then get some good gear, which I never even figured out how to do on here, but I go thru my dr so whatever.

regardless of lying about ur stats or whatever with that cycle u should have felt some great strength gains regardless of what ur body fat was. if i was in ur shoes i would question the gear!

that is almost a gram of gear a week, you should have put on at least 10pounds of keep able muscle. Don't get gear from that supplier again. Do your pct properly, get your diet and training down from the stickies at the top of the diet board and research bulking diets. then try again, bet you grow

I am not trying to be an ass but I think your diet sucks, especially considering your BF%. When you are on you cycle you should totally focus on your diet, this makes a difference in your overall gains. Stay away from pastas/noodles and what the hell is kwark? Why are you eating kwark at 2300 hours, you should be eating cottage cheese. Like I said I am not trying to be a ass but you need to read up on your diet.
How many grams of protein are you getting a day?
