You arent doing the bf test correctly then. 7% is about as low as you can get naturally, if you look like you have 30% you are probably closer to 30%.

What test did you do to find out you have 7% it is unlikely you have loose skin and are 7% bf.

I did underwater weighting .When ppl see me with clothes they say im to skiny to be healthy , but when i take my shirt of i look like a pig, , i can touch my abs and they are tight as hell, but they arent visible , you can feel it there is empty space and than pure muscle , i can bench press 230 and i look like ive never workout a day in my live . So pls tell me can winstrol help and what can except surgery

BB's do crazy cycles man u really cant find to many who tell casue its like top secret they dont want their compitition to know . also they cut sodium last few weeks of prep and really deplete their water intake and dehydrate themselfs

What's that stuff that you can rub on your body to make your skin tighten? Preparation-H I believe. Not sure if it works never tried it, but I did see a news report on it and how kids were using it in the clubs now-a-days.

.9 would be sick as shit.. jay cutler claimed a 3% one year, which i would say is near the lowest end. anything under 5 starts getting unhealthy for the average person
