    what should I use?

    I'm 24 years old, male, 215lbs, 6'
    I have psoriasis (the skin thing) I dont know if that matters
    but I would like to loose some weight and maybe get a little cut
    most of my fat is in my gut
    ive been dieting for a little while and barley loosing anything
    what should I use?

    What are you doing for workouts? And how is your diet really? Have you looked at the diet forum?

    AAS are not going to do much unless you have training and eating figured out.

    thanks for the fast reply facile,
    I play hockey twice a week, and throw around some weigths I got when I got the time, usually three times a week, five at the most and one at the least
    also I work outside in Florida, so I sweat alot...
    my diet is about three months in, taking about 1200 callories a day, and ive only lost like ten pounds, that's like less then a pound a week

    1200 calories? that is too little for your size. What happens sometimes is that calorie intake is so low your bodys metabolism slows down. You need to up the calories(clean of course) by atleast 500 and start doing more cardio. Are you sure you have only been eating 1200 cals? it seems hard to believe that you wouldnt lose more than 10lbs in 3 months.

    yea, I found some web site a few months ago that made it real easy, gave me a weekly shopping list, what time to eat what foods, everything totalling 1200...
    ...but of course I didnt add in all the beer I drink, some weeks I'll go all week without a beer, but some weekends I'll drink around 40 beers...I'd say average 25 beers a week...

    If you are serious about getting in shape drop the beer completly. Also show us your diet that equals 1200 cals I`m betting its more than you think it is.

    I'm on my phone at work, I have the site bookmarked at my house, I'll post the site when I get home...but for example, today I'm having,
    breakfast, plain english muffin
    snack, apple
    lunch, plain grilled chicken breast over salad with low cal 1000island
    snack, yogurt
    dinner, broiled cod with steamed veggies

    I usually mix up the fruit snacks and yogurt snacks, and change up the fish (always white though) and chicken from lunch to dinner with different sides

    You are badly short of proteins in your diet, I dont think tha diet is any good at all. What is your bf percentage?

    and I'm not really looking to be a super ripped in shape butch dude, just loose like 30-40 pounds

    My suggestion to you is re-vamp the diet and start doing cardio 5 times aweek.
