assuming your diet and cardio are rock solid, what is the best oral one steriod only cycle that will accelerate your fat loss and muscle gain?
I have reasearched
anavar
Clen
Winstrol
based on the reaseach and posts these seem to be the best.

none of them are really good for muscle gain and diet and cardio is way cheaper for fat loss. i know this isnt what you want to hear bro but maybe if you give me your stats myself or another member can better assist you

I'm a 5' 8" 185 11% BF. over the past year, when i drop below 185 I notice a sharp loss of muscle. i want to drop 10 + lbs and keep what ever muscle I can, or gain a bit.

i'm 36, which i why getting my BF down without losing muscle is getting harder than when iwas comppeteing.... i'm awear that injectibles are better and easier on the liver, but out of all the reacher I have done I am gonna do one oral cycle of a cutting steroid . Ihave read hunderds of posts and steroid profiles and opinons ever the stuff that contradicts of other stuff.

well.... here youa re goin to find that oral only cycles are bad for you...
*because they inhibit your own test, while you end up with almost no test in ur system...

but hey you made ur choice... if anything, i'd go with winny only... u can do a search on it there are a bunch of threads out there about it...
if u wanna stay clean, a good clen cycle would help shed the extra weight.... its basically a really good thermogenisis booster... and that would shed the fat off...

thanks lemonada, I was gonna go with clem because it seems like i can get the real thing from the reaearch lab since its not a steroid , thanks for the heads up about the post cycle test drop. doesit really drop it that bad? if it does, i will of course not do oral. I have been stabbed and shot three times with a 45.( no lie) and I still think needles are a worse expeience.

its rare but if you can find androil (test undecanoate) its oral test but really if you are not man enough for needles you wont be able to handle any side effects

Dude, test e 2xw and you will be golden. I don't understand this reluctance people have to inject. Just think of it as liquid power you are injecting. I didnt like needles at first either, but if you do it a couple of times it is easily no big deal. Don't make it worse than it is, its all in your head. i have been stabbed once and i asure you it hurts ALOT more then a little 25g 1'' needle

I dont see how in the hell that could be feasible, let alone comparable to injections. Good Lord guys, its not that big of a deal. If you have been shot by a .45 3 times I think you can handle a shot of test enth.

Patches...............Its compounds that allow the skin to absorb testosterone , kinda like a scrotum patch but can be made at home. There are advantages and disadvantages however. Do some research on topical testosterone.

Run 200 mg weekly of Test cyp or Test E along with 100mg a day of Anavar . Watch your diet VERY closely. You will need to find out what your baseline caloric intake is to maintain, then drop under that by approximately 500 cals while keeping the protein intake high. Cardio is a must, but IMHO do not overdo on the cardio. This will make a nice cutting regimine while being able to maintain lean body mass.
