To be honest bro, with proper diet and training you could make much greater gains naturally. You have decent abs and chest, if I saw just your arms I wouldn't even know you worked out.
i was thinking the same.. abs look dec, but overall body fat seems kinda high (maybe 12-15) good diet and workout could get you a little more naturally.
I know, maybe it looks that they are small... but I have 39 cm inch arms - it's my best body part...it's picture and shadows...
But how I look , here all people starting cycling at begining... they don't have body and use 600 test-e / 50mg d-bol etc...
You have a nice base, perhaps you could post some more pics soon and show different angles.
well a lot of people don't take the time to be informed. instead of following everyone else into a premature cycle, it might help to get as far as you can naturally
but assuming it is just a bad pic, its only your choice if you want to start a cycle
and i'm not sure what "cm inch" means, but 39cm is slightly under 15.5" which isn't anything to brag about imo

You'd see gains with test at 400-500mg's per week for 10-12 weeks. If its your first injectable cycle then thats the way I would go.

If its your first cycle... and you have a good diet and workout program then I would expect a 15 - 30 pound weight gain unless you are trying for a lean gain. My suggestion is though you eat plenty of calories and protein while not worrying too much about bulking up.
Also losing muscle after cycle is all dependent on what you continue to do. You need to still hit the weights hard and still continue to eat properly other wise your gains will diminish fairly quickly.
