Since I started my Var cycle 12 days ago, I've been having a hard time getting up in the morning. I used to run every morning at 8 am, now I wake up tired, and skip running every once in a while. Luckily, I haven't been giving up at the gym, because I take the workout too seriously, but I have been getting tired enough to think about it.
Is this supposed to happen? How do I combat it?
Yes it is quite common with non aromatizing steroids, commonly known as steroid fatigue. I've never experienced with anavar but I have on tbol. Was very lethargic through out my tbol cycle.
lethargy is a common side effect.

I would think so. I jump started my cycle with Var and experienced the same thing. Though I was also taking Test E and GH, so it not a direct comparison. Is Var all you are taking?Quote:

Add test and an AI. Right now your testostone is probably surpressed. If you had problems previously while being on testosterone your estrogen was probably high which will also cause lethargy and other side effects that can also be caused by having low testosterone.
