    oral only cycles are a wast of time.

    there is guys on here who have had good results with anavar and turanabol oral cycles

    eat this 4 times a day

    + 2 Protein shakes 1 pwo with dex 1 in the am..

    drink 1.5 gal of water

    it gets old.. but man you will grow and lose fat..

    Stop criticizing oral users.... You can get better results with orals then taking some GNC bunk junk... Stick with anaver 50mg daily 4-6weeks. Great strength gains. Lean muscle mass. And definitely learn how to use the needle if you really wanna see gains.
