hi guys...
I've been bulking for several months. Well.. about 6 months and to make a long story short, I have become a hard gainer... and it took me that long to go from 154.5 to 183. I ran 2 cycles of prohoromones to help out along the way. I gained some fat in the belly and love handle area. Now I want to cut and get rid of the fat.
My plan is this:
1- Run every morning before eatting... 30 minutes.
2- 6 meals per day, about 20 grams of protein per. 15 to 20 grams of crabs (wheat), raw green veggies. FAT??? not sure how much this should be.
3- high reps 15 -20 per set
4- Hydroxy cut hardcore
5- WHAT prohoromone????
So I want to add one, just not sure which would be the best. I'm prone to hair loss so... please keep that in mind.
