    Cut Cycle with prohoromone

    hi guys...

    I've been bulking for several months. Well.. about 6 months and to make a long story short, I have become a hard gainer... and it took me that long to go from 154.5 to 183. I ran 2 cycles of prohoromones to help out along the way. I gained some fat in the belly and love handle area. Now I want to cut and get rid of the fat.


    My plan is this:

    1- Run every morning before eatting... 30 minutes.
    2- 6 meals per day, about 20 grams of protein per. 15 to 20 grams of crabs (wheat), raw green veggies. FAT??? not sure how much this should be.
    3- high reps 15 -20 per set
    4- Hydroxy cut hardcore
    5- WHAT prohoromone????

    So I want to add one, just not sure which would be the best. I'm prone to hair loss so... please keep that in mind.

    what are your stats? age, height/weight, bf%, training exp, etc

    120g protein in a day is pretty low, i'd shoot for more like 180-200 even for cutting. fats should be low, about 20% of your calorie intake. definitely look into fixing up your diet

    i don't think ph's are worth it, but superdrol gives quality gains, and might help lose soem weight too. but you could probably do fine without anything

    Stats.. age 36.. 5'8"... 175 as of today. Don't know the BF%. Lifting for a 1 1/2 years (quit for a long time prior to starting back). work out 5 days a week.

    Meals during bulking was 6 per day.. 30g of protein.. carbs from wheat sources or brown rice. Taking in about 2500 calories per day in food and 900 in shakes.


    I was thinking that the 120g was low.

    Need my abs back!

    Kyrptonite will cut you up nicely, combination of epistane/tren/and a winstrol-like agent.

    if i were u eat like tuna, whole eggs, ground turkey , chicken , oats and salmon. with 45 minutes of cardio a day ull be cut up like no tommrow
