    Need Help noob here

Whats going on guys. Im new to this forum. I was recommended here by some good friends. What i need help with is finding a way to lose weight. Right now iam 250 5'10. My goal is to get down to 200 for now. I know its 50Ibs but i feel if i try it can be attainable within time. I want to know if anyone has any good advice for me? Also is it possible to take "anything to speed the process" up? I know these might sound like jackass noob questions but iam new to working out so please let me know. Do most people my size get down to a certain weight to start cycles or would you recommend something right from the start? Thanks.

u know what, ull hear alotta people tell you to diet hard and not use gear... im on the same page as you are.. i had a belly before i started my cycle. let me give you some stat's, that should help
im on the seventh week of a 10 week cycle doing the following:
    sustanon 250, 125mg eod
    20mg var ed...
    i started my cycle at 305lbs, 27%BF
people would laugh at these stat's in this forum and told me to stay away from gear.. its a good thing im a stubborn ass..
my current stat's, seven weeks in:
285lbs [B]17%bf[B] iv dropped 7 inches off my waist and stayed close to the same weight... do the math
the real question is, how far are you willing to go?? do you have the determination and discipline to eat right and work out correctly?? you have to be as sharp as a razors edge in order to do gear and lose weight, if you dont, then all those that would find what you do wrong would be in the right... the choice is yours

well like so many people ive been looking for the easy way out. my problem is food intake. iam taking in sooooooo much more than i burn. so i gotta start changing my diet. What foods do you guys recommend to eat and stay away from? Also what is the minimum # of meals a day i should eat? It seems hard for me to eat 6 meals since i do work full time.

at 250lbs u should be doing somewhere between 300 and 400 grams of protien a day.. go to the diet branch of this forum, one of the initial articles give you a link to a bunch of videos by a great nutritionist (cant remember his name, but im following his philosophy).. if you think its hard not to eat, wait untill you get on this diet.. i have never been so sick of eating so much!!! i eat 3 to 4lbs of lean meat every day!!!! im begining to wish this shit came in capsule form.. guys like us who like to eat alot should have it easy on this diet, u just have to cut out the bad carbs and fat... follow the video, it's gold, i promise!!
