    d-bol cycle

    ok so I've been thinking about doing a d-bol cycle for ages now as ive been working out since i was in nappies and am struggeling to break through to the next level now. I'm 18, 87kg, 12% BF, 5ft 11,. I train 4 times a week using lots of compound exercises and eat like a horse consuming a minimum of 400 g of protein every day. I'm constantly changing up my program to bring about progress but despite all of this I have still plateud. I have 6 weeks worth of b-dol for a 25mg a day intake and then have a 3 week course of clomid slowly reducing the amount as the pct goes on. Obviously with roids everyone would do them if it wasn't for the side effects. Is there anyway to get minimum side effects by maybe reducing to 10 mg a day, or any other substances I can add during the cycle or pct. I'm particuly worried about the loss of sex drive and halting natural test production. If you think I'm all set thats great but I just want to be as prepared as possible. I would like to hear from people that have used d-bol and their experiences of the side effects and long term effects etc.

    your going to have to take something more then dbol probably addtest e with it

    u wanna hear my dbols story... i gained 20 lbs in a month and after pct lost 20 lbs... its awful....do not do it u are way to young anyways... its not eating like a horse..its eating the right foods at the right times...post ur deit so we can see.. u dont need AAS

    you are to young to be doin aas bro you need to try tweaking you diet and changing uo your workouts... startin aas to earlier will limit your growth down the road wait a couple years and just research for now... prolly not what you want to hear but its the best thing for ya... and you have alot of research to do before you would be all set... start researchng before touchin juice atleast

    why bulldog cuz ur not smart enough to knwo that you shouldnt just do a dbol cycle by itself cuz u will end up losing basically everything u put on

    im not hurting anyone and if its his chocie to be using then thats his choice no u shouldnt do them if your 18 but that doesnt mean u cant. settle brah

    ok then quick q if i kept the d-bol in the cupboard for a couple of years would it still be effective or is it like a bottle of milk that you've left in the fridge to long, anyone know? then I might not have to throw my money down the pan and can combine it test when i turn 20 or something.

    store it at room temp somewhere dark if you have an old supp bottle throw them in there inside a plastic bag

    ur suppose to be giving ppl help not tryin to go after other people but if thats all u got to do on ur free time maybe you should consider usein some of that angry out on the weights.Fucin Sally?

    yea that should be fine i had dbol in a zip lock bag inside a supp bottle for about a year im using it now and they are workin fine just dont let them get real hot or anythin and they should be fine for awhile

    no prob bud just research some more and learn as much as you can about aas so in a few years youll be ready and know exactly what you are doing... just check out the diet and workout forums for awhile that should really help you with breaking through you plateau.. goodluck bud

    dont do d-bols only only a few out there would have good side effects from it and keep them and your most likely not one so you wouldnt get anything out of it and probably do more damage to your system. also like everyone else said. your too young to do aas..but if your not gonna listen. do a cycle of Test E or sust. But listen to the vets. get your diet on check cause thats more important

    OK well thats abit annoying cause now I have 6 weeks worth of d-bol and clomid and **** all to do with them, but thats my own fault i guess. Ok so the diet:


    Monday

    PR shake - 90 g protein

    Break fast - 3 egg omlette - 32 g

    PR pudding (1 cup milk, 1 cup heavy whipped cream, 2 x LA VIP protein scoops) – 90g

    Lunch – 2 x 6oz steak + salad – 84g

    PR Pudding – 90g

    Dinner - 2x tuna steaks + potatoes 44 g


    Tuesday

    PR shake – 90g

    Break fast - 3 egg omlette - 32 g

    PR pudding – 90g

    Lunch 2x chicken breast + salad 60g

    PR pudding – 90g

    Dinner - 2x pork chops + spaghetti 44g


    Wednesday

    PR shake – 90g

    Break fast - 3 egg omlette - 32 g

    PR pudding – 90 g

    Lunch - 2 x 6oz steak + salad – 84g

    PR pudding – 90g

    Dinner – 5 x chicken drumsticks + potatoes 55g



    Thursday

    PR shake – 90g

    Break fast - 3 egg omlette - 32 g
