    Cycle for a Lady

    Right now i'm taking 20 mcg of clen daily, instead of pyramiding 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and 10 mg of var a day. As for cardio i'm going to be tumbling but what sort of other things should I be doing to get the best results? I'm used to just tumbling and that's all but i'm looking for something more to put in by routine. Just looking for some input.

    Well sweetness, what do you want to get out of it. I mean lets face it your not to shabby the way you are. Do some cardio and light weight training.... you will tone up.

    I agree, if you are looking to tone up I would say check your diet and more cardio or are you looking for any mass?

    The clen will help so will the anavar..as the guys said your work efforts and cardio will determine how fast and how much progres you make...what are your goals??

    More mass, yes. Body builder, Melissa Detwiller body? um.. hell no. Sorry if that offends you boys. Not for me. More mass, lower bf%, tone. I couldn't care less about my weight. Should I be doing free weights for more mass? I used to a while ago but I never notice when my body changes. Even before and after pictures I can't tell the difference. That's why I am trying this to see if I am actually going to be getting anywhere because now I have others opinions.

    I try to get in 6 meals. It doesn't always work though with school. It's hard. Why on an empty stomach? Seems hard to fit in the 6 meals but somewhere between there I have to be empty when I go to the gym for a couple hours. Sounds like I'm in for some 20 hour days just so I can get all my meals in lol

    do cardio in the morning thats what i do then your first meal and every 2.5-3 hours from there just keep low fat stuff like chicken and rice and stuff like that its hard for like the first week but then its habit and your body will tell you when its time to eat im hungry right now, empty stomach is better because the body dips into fat stores when there is nothing in the stomach for it to feed off some say its a myth but i lost alot more body fat when i started doing that

    even if you take your regular meal and split it into 2, and eat it 1.5 to 2 hours apart, it would be a lot for your metabolism. You may want to throw in some benadryl every 3rd week while you're on the clen to get the receptors working normal again. Overall you got a good mix of drugs but without proper workout and diet, it's just a waste of money. I definitely second the empty-stomach cardio suggestion. It works best. Wake up, and hit the pavement for 30. I like to do interval training which I think works better. Regardless, wake up, have a half scoop of protein (so you don't burn muscle) stretch for a few minutes and hit the road. It works best that way. Definitely try to get in 4-6 days a week of morning cardio to maximize fat burn. Keep tumbling as normal, and throw in 2-3 days of light weight lifting for toning.

    Diet: You have to count calories to get the best results. If you eat too many calories, you won't burn enough, and you won't lose fat. If you eat too little calories, you will lose fat, and muscle, so there goes your "toning" goals. Do some research on your body type and how many calories you need daily to achieve your goals.

    The fact that you are using gear to get results either means you want a shortcut, or you're serious about your body and training. If you're the case of the latter, then don't waste your time and money, and do it right. On a side note, you look like you have a great base and it won't take you long to get in the shape you want to be in.

    I would say Anavar and/or primo for good results and less sides.

    I guess your maintance cals at 2200. if you want to bulk that would put you at 2700 daily. I'd break it down to 40/40/20
    cals from protien 1080
    protien in grams 270
    cals from carbs 1080
    carbs in grams 270
    cals from fat 540
    fat in grams 60
    divide this into 6 meals. when you take in carbs makes a difference. I'd leave the last 5-6 hours w/o carbs. do cardio in the morning w/ a lean protien meal. need after workout nutrition.
    diet must be tight to see gains if you are female. the cards are stacked aginst you

    it would be great if you guys could throw some meal ideas at her

    like for example, in place of these meals-
    pineapple/hot pocket
    4 sugar cookies
    breyers chocolate chip cookie dough

    maybe some views on trading 2% milk for skim...

    for what your lookin for you need weight training, 4-5 times a week, 30-40min. a day. You don't have to worry about blowing up to huge. Also you'll get used to that low dose of clen very quickly and then it won't be working. Since your not used to weight training stick to the machines the first 4 weeks, then start mixing in some dead weights lightly. If you don't get any sides off of 10mgs. you could try it at 20mg. for awhile. The diet part is probably the hardest part, try to get only one cheat a week, everything else has gotta be clean.

    Even on this dose, I am very very shakey. You should see me hold a laser pointer to the dogs. I don't even have to try to move and they can run back and forth chasing it. I used to weight train. I have 189 as my spotter on free weights. I dk what you consider light weight. I usually bench between 95 and 110 if i'm doing 5 sets of ten. Should I go higher or lower? And I really don't eat that terribly. The cookie dough ice cream now and then isn't a lie. But other than that, I am not bad. I try to get in about 5 or 6 meals a day and they mostly consist of chicken vegetables noodles potatoes salad ect. ect.

    how much protien/carbs/fat per day? high or low glycemic carbs? w/o having your diet right aas will do very little for you

    No no, I don't need a "Shortcut" like I said, I gain muscle very easily. I was always in very good shape long before I ever got into this. I just really love the type of results I get from a cycle and where I get the results. It is more of a boost than anything else. Plus, I love how it makes me feel motivated when I'm working out. I could look at 200 lbs and be like.. pssh whimpy shit. Even though I could never lift it haha

    Are you taking 2 on and 2 off at 20mcg of clen? Wasnt quite sure if that is what you meant. I understand the not pyramiding thing, though I do recommend it because you need to find your max tolerable dose. Clen dulls the receptors pretty quickly, this is why pyramiding it works so well. The 2 off is to refreshen them.

    Var is good. For best results I would take it about 30-60 min before your workout. It has a very short half-life.

    Morning low impact ("fat burning heart rate") cardio works great for fat loss. Morning on an empty stomach that is. Drink a glass of water to fight off any hunger pain. 30-45 minutes is PLENTY.

    The clen helps in this too because it is an anti-catabolic.
