for what your lookin for you need weight training, 4-5 times a week, 30-40min. a day. You don't have to worry about blowing up to huge. Also you'll get used to that low dose of clen very quickly and then it won't be working. Since your not used to weight training stick to the machines the first 4 weeks, then start mixing in some dead weights lightly. If you don't get any sides off of 10mgs. you could try it at 20mg. for awhile. The diet part is probably the hardest part, try to get only one cheat a week, everything else has gotta be clean.
