How much is nolvadex going to be affecting my gains (weight wise) during my next cycle of sustanon and decca. I would take 10mg ed 1/2 way through cycle. Then follow PCT afterwards.

Probably not too much but I dont think its worth taking unless you get signs of elevated estrogen levels.

An AI or SERM is going to help with Deca bloat because Deca doesn't aromatize much

actually running nolvadex with a 19-nor like deca will increase the chances of progesterone induced gyno. if you want to be lactating then its up to you, i myself would rather run an AI throughout my cycle not a serm.

True, I didnt even read he was taking deca as well. .25 mg a day is the norm.
