Hey guys, I have been reading this forum for almost a yr now and have been working my ass off to get to the point where I might think about stepping over.
I am 26 yrs old, 5'10, 195-200lb with 16-17% bf (a little high from surgery 4 months ago but im running clen / T3 and i am getting back down)
I have been lifting since i was 18, started taking it serious in college at 20-21 and havnt missed a day except while deployed to iraq when i couldnt get to gym cuz of missions.
My goals are modest to start, i want 5-10lbs of lean mass mainly in my arms and back...my chest over powers the rest of my body parts. What would someone recommend for a first cycle, im interested in EQ, or DBOL, Test...not thrilled about sides so that will come into play in my decision. Thanks guys
