    First timer

    Hey guys, I have been reading this forum for almost a yr now and have been working my ass off to get to the point where I might think about stepping over.

    I am 26 yrs old, 5'10, 195-200lb with 16-17% bf (a little high from surgery 4 months ago but im running clen / T3 and i am getting back down)

    I have been lifting since i was 18, started taking it serious in college at 20-21 and havnt missed a day except while deployed to iraq when i couldnt get to gym cuz of missions.

    My goals are modest to start, i want 5-10lbs of lean mass mainly in my arms and back...my chest over powers the rest of my body parts. What would someone recommend for a first cycle, im interested in EQ, or DBOL, Test...not thrilled about sides so that will come into play in my decision. Thanks guys

    Simple...first cycle...test only, maybe at 500 mg's per week for 10-12 weeks.

    novice cycles are usually 500mg/w of test enth or cyp ...if ur scared of sides get urself some arimadex and run .25mg/ed throughout 10 weeks ...or just take it when u feel like u have any sides...which is what i recommend...if u wanted to through in some clen and t3 so u can look cut up while on the test ..that would prob be ur best option! show us ur diet with macros?

    I THINK you have a fairly good base to build on... and its not like your looking for massive gains.. just 5-10 as you said... IMO.. test and dbol would be something ideal for you.. test e 1-10 or 1-12.. (250mg-500mg) and week 1-4 or 6... of dbol 25-50mg... and then pct... that cycle should put on a good 5-15 lbs depending on diet.. possibly more... and you will probably keep 5-10 lbs... but just wait for more opinions...good luck.

    and i forgot to mention its not too great to run t3 with out aas.. its an excellent for dropping weight.. but not too choosey from where it comes from muscle or fat...

    5-10 lbs with dbol? what in the first week? lol idk man ... i think he just needs test ...i woodnt do dbols

    he said he wanted to incorporate dbol in his cycle.. so i added it... and dbol puts water weight... sure he might gain 15-20lbs.. but how much of it is he going to keep? after?>.. realistically somewhere in the neighborhood of 10lbs give or take. depending on diet... and there's no reason to laugh at me.. as i stated this ones IMO... and said to wait for others responses... ...

    Thanks for the quick responses guys, I have no problem putting on weight but I have hit a wall on putting on SOLID MASS. So i want to stay away from the watery look, when i get down to 185-190 i look fairly hard but im not as big as i want to be obviously...when im up at 200 im bigger but not cut up.

    A quick rundown on my diet. I hate tuna right now so sometimes i do two chicken meals or a steak. Also getting sick of oatmeal so sometimes i just drink the shake. Thanks guys

    6 am: 1 Hour Low intesity Cardio
    Meal 1: Pro/Carb 7:00 am

    2 Scoops Whey - 220 calories, 42g protein, 6g carbohydrates, 3g fat
    1/2 cup Oatmeal - 150 calories, 5g protein, 27g carbohydrates, 3g fat

    Totals: 370 calories, 47g protein, 33g carbohydrates, 6g fat

    i like ur diet alot..alot like mines...me and u have the same goals of not being overly big, but big enough....ummm the only thing i wood say is u need more fat in ur diet..just my opinion! u can do that in ur 2nd meal, instead of ur pro/carb i wood have a pro/fat, but thats just my opinion! ummm if u were u i wood just use 500mg/w of test along with clen and t3...thats best def!

    you dont NEED adex..but i would throw it in there as a saftey precausion...but you DO NEED a pct

    I would have adex on hand during cycle, but would use it only as needed. Like if you start feeling something weird in pecs, or sore nips . Thats how I've done it, so thats what I'm basing my response on.

    Isn't it too late, by the time you start to feel signs of gyno coming on? I mean the AI is to *prevent* aromatization, once there is sufficient estrogen accumulation to cause signs of gyno, how would an AI help? It would reduce further aromatization, but I'd think you would need a SERM to quickly bind to those titty receptors.

    Just my 2c, hopefully some one can confirm/correct?

    Thanks for all the responses guys, looks like i sparked a new debate too w/ the ADEX.
    As i said before this is my first time and obviously i will do my own research further regarding PCT...but anyone have recommendations on what worked w/ their first test cycle...thanks again

    there's a lot of whey protein in that diet. almost half of the protein..

    Oh also if someone could email / PM me on where to get it...i know we cant post that kinda stuff...uhhmm only thing i know how to get is the Clen/T3 all the other stuff i dont have a source.
