ok gona be finishing my t3 cycle (8weeks). in terms of tapering up and down this is what i did:
1st week: 50
2nd week:100
3rd-4thweek:125
5thweek:100
6th week:75
7th week: 75 first 4days of the week then 50.
8th week: first 2days 50 and now am on 25.
is this good in terms of tapering up and down?
