i use to go down to mexico with 15gs and pack my whole trunk full of juice. I would call the pharamcy ahead of time they would have everything waiting for me to pick up when i got there i would givve them the money and drive back all in about 15 mins total. yep, class III here (the states).. not a narcotic but a max of 5 yrs and 250K fines.. if NOT accompanied w/ a perscription or not declared w/ a valid medical excuse.

well when i got caught bringing 20 10cc bottles of gear back and over 2000 pills.... basically I had to pay a 500 dollar fine at the border (U.S. side) and also had to write a one page essay on how I would never do this again and why... sounds kind of silly but hey.... that was way better than serving any time..... I think that's how it works for the most part if it's your first offense.... they don't want to just throw everyone in jail for a first offense because TONS of kids/guys/girls/etc... do that ...anyway good luck
