Test pro and halo stack? weird package

I was wondering if test pro is a good beginers test? Also has anyone ever seen it come liquid form in plastic pack where you have to draw it all out at once then reuse same seringe. once you prick the pack there is no way to preserve it without leaving it in the same seringe? Can you draw several doses with diffrent seringes and refridgerate it? i have herd of halostein but what is halo stack in pill form for ?

just transfer to a steril vial. and if you dont mind ed injections then prop is fine.
