Ok since im some what a n00b to pinning I'm trying to find out when the best time would be to pin? when you wake up? before you workout? after you workout? before you goto sleep? at some silly time of the morning?
At the same time i spose it would depend on what you are pinning yourself with true?
Say prop vs enth and masteron vs winny????
Also, is pinning on non training days a waste? more so concerned with short esters like prop, ie: I train mon - fri, occasionaly on the weekends if i feel the need to, if im pinning prop EOD and it comes to rest days shoudl you pin or not pin and wait till the firrst day back training????
any help from you very knowledgable guys would be great...
