mixing steroids

Is it OK to mix steroids? I am currantly mixing winny with propionathe (water and oil based). Before I shoot it i shake it then it mixes and then just push it in... So what is the reason for not mixing waterbased with oilbased? Effectivness loss, dangerous, etc..??

Rule of thumb: Oils with oils, waters with waters. That simple. Try mixing veg oil and tap water. Not too easy. But you can fairly easily mix like solubles.

Some people do, some don't. Personally i don't see a problem with it. it's all going to the same place anyway. The only thing that might be taken into account is variations in absorbtion from a steroid that is injected ED as opposed to one thats administered once a week, but I don't think that should pose a prblem
