100mg test prop eod for 3 weeks
then changing to
400mg deca week for 4 weeks
50mg winstrol eod for 4 weeks
any thoughts please

No problem, tell him its senseless to do prop for three weeks only and deca should be used for at least 10-12 weeks and the prop along for two weeks more than deca.
