how much time to take off when sick??
A buddy of mine asked me to post a thread on this. He wants to know:
How much time should you take off and what should you take during a cycle when getting a cold? Any tips?
He's keeping the calories high but hasn't been in the gym in 3 days. BTW, he's been on sust and eq for about 14 weeks and plans to go another 3-4.

Take the time needed to get better. Otherwise it's just working backwards.
I got the flu in week 7 of my last cycle and took off a week. I lost 10Lbs in that week, but it was because my throat was too swollen to eat solid food.
I would say make sure to get down 2 gallons of water a day, eat a handful of Vit C and Vit E all the time, and just keep the protein up another .5g per Lb of body weight.
