hey guys i have been on clen for a week.
i have the real legit liquid horse clen (ventipulmin) at 25 mcg per ml.
I am taking 200 mcg a day but it seems week. what is the max.
i get no shakes at all just a bit of sweating.
i had dieted already for 18 weeks so i lost most of the weight there with my diet and training. I added cardio and took the calories even lower already on top of what was a success.
can i add more i am getting no shakes.
This shit is okay, i actually and lifting more than i did the whole time i dieted on less calories, seriously. However i sweat like crazy during any cardio at all.
I lost 10 pounds in my first week back. however since i had cut so much already it seems to be isolated to my stomache area more now.
any advice guys????? should i kick it up or is this not working cause i get no shakes.
