at least 2yrs, start gear at 25yrs old, if you start too early you can mess you tendons up and theres no getting better from that

23 isn't too bad. the damage to your hpta is more important that joints/tendons. they can be stronger on an 18 yo than on a 25 yo

you're body puts on too much muscle too fast and you can tear something with all the added weight. the consecutive time working out helps strengthen your tendons and joints and acclimate then to more muscle/more weight when you lift

or you put on a bunch of muscle then lose it after cycle because your fondation wasn;t good to begin with. Three months of working out you should still be making solid gains with just proper diet. there shouldn;t be a need to throw in something like AS at this point in your routine

Its suggested you have a steady workout program before you engage in aas. It also shows consistancy in your dedication to your program. Many people start on aas after only months in the gym only to quit soon afterward, this is not good because what is the purpose os juicing if you aren't serious about lifting. You could do more harm than good. IMO

Bro if you're still in the stages of feeling sore after workouts then I think you should wait. I'm pretty liberal when it comes to this, as far as training time. I think minimum 1 year straight for men under 35 yrs old.
