starting second cycle and need help please

hi im starting my 2ed cycle and am thinking of takeing 1ml of cypionate and 4ml of deca a week but wont to add anabol thai as well but dont know if its a good idea or how much to use..ive got a friend how knows a bit but would like some extra help...and would this cycle burn some body fat or would it be worth useing winny rather than anabol thai to help cut up a bit thanks

im 23 5'11 110kg and i dont know whot my body bf%.am boxing so im doing quite a lot of cardio but on my 1st cyc i used 1ml of sus and 2ml of deca a week and at about week 6 of 1st cyc my mate said add some winny for the last 2 weeks of the cyc...i went from 95kg to 110kg in 8 weeks but cut out most of my cardio but im doing weights 3 times a week now and just wont to get big and need some extra help thanks mate

I would suggest test c at 500 mg's a week for 14weeks and deca at 400-500mg's a week for 12 weeks you can use d-bol week 1-4 for a kicker also post what your pct plans are.

33lbs in 8 weeks? Nice!! With pretty low doses too.
I'd go with Sus and Tren. You will get mad strong.

first, whats the mgs. of the deca your talking about? 4ml means nothing. Reading above I'm assuming the test 350 (ouch btw) is per ml. is that blended or straight cyp? I think its straight as per manufacturer but have to ask.

At 5-11 and 242lbs. I'm guessing your body fat is up there a bit, you have to be straight up or I can't help you as well. Also specifically what do you want to accomplish during this cycle? I'll be waiting

yer ive got a bit of fat but not a fatty haha as i said i box so do a lot training as for the deca im looking to take 4ml a week is that whot u meen and the cyp im going to be useing is called TESTEX PROLONGATUM 250mg and the test 350 is by apex sorry its called all-test 350 and i wont to get massive as poss thanks for takeing the time to help me mate...and the deca contains 100mg per ml

Test 350 is fine, test c is cipionate, I suggested it because I've done cycles with those two and gotten great results, test and tren is also good.

Deca and Tren should nto be used together they compete for the same receptor and will give you a high chance of prolactin sides. Deca or Tren with test is ok just be for warned that Tren is hardcore and has side effects.

Test Cyp and Deca would be a great cycle. Great for bulking and good for strength too. Make sure you have an aggressive pct and have the right things on hand in case of estrogen or prolactin problems( caber or bromo are good to take while on deca or tren)

Testosterone Enanthate 80mg / ml
Testosterone Isocaproate 70mg / ml
Testosterone Acetate 30 mg/ ml

Testosterone Phenylpropionate 60mg / ml

And the other is a straight 250 cyp

so ur saying /half a ml of all test 350 /one ml of deca/and half of ml of cyp every other day??and the deca is called ..nandrolone decanoate norma. its in a 2ml vial and its says each ml contains 100mg and whot do u meen adjust it???and do u think im going to have bad side effects

If the deca is 100mg. instead of my original 300mg. post then you'll need to shoot everyday for the deca. On your test days mix your deca at 1mL+.5(350)+.5(250) this will help keep the pain down some on that rough 350 wacky mix. The other days in between you'll need to shoot 1.5mL. of deca by itself.

Will you have bad sides? Well hell yes!!!! No really though theres lots of things you can do to keep the sides down, just research. I'm assuming you're a healthy adult without any conflicting medical conditions. You'll prob bloat and with you're little extra BF may have to bring in some anti-a's early if you start itching. But you're also keeping the cycle short at 8 weeks. Another side is you'll prob. be extremely sexual feeling. But running the deca up there with it will help. You may or may not get acne, prob. a little though. Take liver protects, regulate BP, I recommend "animal pak" for vitamins. At 240lbs. you'll need about 370+ grams of protein a day, mostly from hard foods. Just eat clean and don't worry about buying a bunch of expensive suppliments.

The nice thing is that people don't realize about running these doses is it makes recovery easier and you get much more productive workouts. You'll need intense, heavy workouts up to 2 hours a day including cardio for a 1/2 hour, 4-5days a week. You should be able to drop 3-5% BF while gaining around 30lbs. If you do it right you should be able to keep 15-20 lbs of that after the water goes. But thats the diet and exercise part thats up to you, but you'll have the tools. Good luk

Btw, thats about 18mL's each of 350 & 250, and here comes the $$part, 75mL of deca 100. If the cost of the deca isn't feasible you could theoretically cut back the dose but its at a really good spot for maximizing growth. Also these figures are for having a little bit extra at 10 weeks and not 8. So multiply the mL. by .8 to get an actual 8 week cycle figure
