    First Time using Tamox... Help

    Im taking 400 mg Test and 200mg Deca per week, how much Tamox should I be taking a day?

    I personally dont take anti-e's unless I feel bloated or anything weird. (other than pct of course)

    Just started last week, I was told I needed to take an Anti-Estrogen.
