Hi guys
Well my kid brother is taking steps towards his first cycle. He is 24 years old, has been lifting for 8 years with good results ,bodyfat 14 %, he now wants to do first cycle to drop some bodyfat and look more solid. He is going to do a very hard diet and doesnt want to loose most of his gains .
this is what i was thinking :
week 1-12 500mg test E /week ,
week 13-19 100mg test E /week
week 20 80mg test E /week
week 21 60mg Test E/week
week 22 40mg test E/week
week 23-25 20mg test E/week
i used this tapering method many years ago with good results
