    Lost in Threadland...

    Male, 41, 220#, 27%, first cycle, using 1 cc Sust 250 & 1 cc Deca weekly, looking to increase size. Looking for recommendations for additions to stack. Also what should I use at end of cycle? This site is extremely helpful, but I could read threads until I am blind, and just need specific information to my situation.

    personally i think you should nhave got that bf in check bfore starting cycle. by way of dieting.

    Started dieting with bf @ 29.5%. I was at 1600 calories and 14 g fat. Started working out, and now limit myself to:
    Daily: 1200 Calories, Protein shake w/ glutamine (16 oz., 66 g protein) after workout. Have not yet determined a post cycle therapy, do you have suggestions?

    bro your cycle is horrible, your bf% is WAYYYY to high to be on AS, and you have no idea what you are doing, you need to stop injecting right now and start your pct. you do know what pct is right?

    bro that diet is horrible, 1200 cal, all the AS in the world aren't going to be able to get you to build muscle with that, you need to do MASSIVE RESEARCH, stop your cycle and run pct now.

    well with 1200 calories if your trying to get bigger its not gonna work. your basically waisting gear. as for pct iwould take clomid and nova.

    your bf is way to high bro, you should cut it down with diet and cario before adding more water weight to it

    i have lost approx 10pounds and 2.5% fat in 6 months i know that this is not alot but it is an improvement the advice that i got about my cycles was from a friend that i work with its hard to find any other advice i dont know how to do my pct (post cycle therapy). I have only been on AS for about 10 days now seems like there is a difference in apperance and strength i was thinking about increasing sust to 2ccs 1xwk and keeping the deca at 1cc a week I thought that my friend had answered my questions but really now I just have more

    okay, heres the lowdown, your friend has no idea what he's talking about. Sustanon needs to be shot ed or eod at most, while deca needs to be shot 2x per week. waiting longer than this will cause fluctuations in your blood test levels which will cause more sides (water retention, gyno, messed up lipid profiles etc).

    i'll give you a thread that you need to read that will show you how to do a pct and you need to start it NOW!!! you're at risk for very high blood pressure due to water retention because you have too high bf. to do a cycle you should be at at least 14% but 12 is better

    also, your diet is horrible, it's a starvation diet, and i guarentee your gains will suck

    here are the threads you need, read them and get the stuff you need to pct and do it, save the gear for later bro, right now you need to learn how to train and eat
