clen headaches, can you take asprin?

I began a cycle and started at a 30mcg dose, I couldn't hang with the headaches I was getting. I am looking to give it another go.

Do you guys have any advice for dealing with sides? Can I take asprin or tylenol for the headache?

Do the sides get milder as the cycle continues or can they only get worse?

Also do any of you get tired on it? Like lethargic or lots of yawning?

    thanks

I used to get headaches from it but I figured out personally it was from not drinking enough water. So as soon as i felt one coming on i chugged a shit load. It made me feel better really quickly. Also, I get migraines as it is, and even when i'm on clen I just take a couple exedrine and I'm fine after a while. I'm sure if those can take away my migraines, they should be able to take away a clen headache. I get tired on it a lot when i'm on a low dose. Once I up it a little, I get wired.

    Thanks for sharing your experience.
I did make sure to keep up with the water, so I may try adding tylenol or excedrine when the headaches kick-in if it's safe to do so.

your fine with adding tylenol or something, just drink lots of water and take 5-8g of taurine per day to help with cramps, btw, the sides will die off after a couple weeks, just monitor your bp and adjust accordingly

    i wish i got sides at 30mcg, i don't even get sides at 300+mcg/day

This is my experience as well. If I am even a little bit dehydrated on clen, I get wicked headaches. Up the water until you can't stomach it. You will feel better
