First cycle. Test E. Quick check for me please.

Cycle: Need a lil' help here guys.
I believe I would like to do an 8 week cycle of Test E (between 400-500mg each week) with a possible Dbol kicker.

I've done a fair amount of research, but I still have some questions. Constructive advice is welcomed. PCT is my main concern, everyone seems to have multiple outlooks on what should be done and how much should be done, please give me some direction.
Key questions:

• Injections: Twice a week? Which days?
• Dbol kicker: How much ed? and should I run it for weeks 1-4?
• PCT: How much clomid/lethro ed? and how many weeks?

Any other info/input is welcomed. Thanks guys.

test e should be done for at least 10 weeks.
with test e, u can get away with pinning twice a week. weekly dose split in half. wednesday and saturday. d-bol can be run for 4 weeks. id say for u at 30 mg/day.
for pct id do
first 2 weeks of pct nolva 40 mg clomid 150 a day
last 2 weeks of pct nolva 20 mg clomd 100 a day

Edit: You're suggesting a 4 week pct on a 10wk cycle? I apologize for my ignorance, I'm just checking before I jump in this feet first, as I've never done anything like this before.

IMO, I would skip the Dbol. Since this is your first cycle, just stay with the Test to monitor how your body reacts to the gear. If you were to use both, and something started going wrong (not saying it would or will) it would be hard to determine which one caused it.

And yes, at least run it 10 weeks, I would recommend 12, because it will take anywhere from 3 - 6 weeks before you start getting your noticeable results.

letro is not good in pct, users report an estrogen spike when its use is discontinued

500mg wk for 10 weeks is minimum in my eyes, it could take ~4-6 weeks to peak
dont forget the ester takes 2 weeks to clear
clomid sucks, it causes emotional sides and ive heared of blurred vision/vision problems

pct should start week 13
weeks 13-16 nolvadex 40mg, and either aromasin 50mg or proviron 50mg

the test takes weeks to kick in so 4-6 weeks dbol 30mg-50mg you wont even feel your test -
plus when you cut the dbol youll ONLY BE ON TEST for weeks, so during those weeks youll have plenty of time "to see how your body reacts to test alone"

test does NOT have to be run for 10 weeks. My runs are 6-8weeks long and my gains are great. Ive never had problems recovering and Ive been running cycles for 5 years.

test d, test e, sust whatever. comes down to how quick you respond and how quick your gains plateu. I react quick and see my gains start to taper around week 6.

I ran 250mg/week on my first run. good results. If youre going to run the d Id say stick to 400mg/week for 8 weeks

go for 500mg imo
250mg 2x a week monday/thursday or tuesday/friday etc...

hcg is great
i do 500iu e3d starting 2 weeks before pct, used 4 weeks total. its really something extra thats great you dont need it but if you got the cash then its a great tool

letro is great to fight side effects on cycle, keep it around for that
