    bloat sucks!

    I will be starting a test and deca cycle soon along with a kick start of dbol . I hate being bloated and think it looks terrible. Will a small dose of nolva help with the bloat? If so what dose? Thanks

    Lol, no dude nolvadex is to combat anti-estrogen side effects.
    Ur cycle will give u bloating like it or not

    a-dex at .25mg per day and watch your diet. you should be good to go.

    i usually take about .25mgs of armidex and it helps. your diet will be the main factor. you dont want to eleminate sodium but if you use salt on all your meals you can stop that plus stay away from the high salty foods
