10days rest after cycle?? good or bad?
i think my body really needs some rest, i can feel it.
can i take a 10days break after my cycle?? pct is in 2days.
after those 10days ill start lifting heavy and do my cardio 3 or 4times/week.

i would definatly continue lifting during pct but after that you can take a week break or so. a break every once in a while is good but i wouldnt do it during pct. just make sure you keep your calories and protein semi-high when you resting
