Whats going on fellas? I am currently on Day 13 of my D-Bol only cycle. I know a lot of people say this is not a good cycle at all but I have seen decent results already. So far I have gained 6 lbs. and my bench has increased by 15-20 lbs. I did my research online which said I should be eatng about 5,000 calories a day. Is this correct. I am pretty good with my diet but I want to be eating the exact amount I should be. Any advice is apprecaited.
