Hi everyone, I am new to this site and interested in stacking. Here is a little bit about me.
28 Male
5'9" Tall
about 189 Lbs.
I am not sure about my BMI and % Fat, however I can tell you that I have a health layer of fat around my mid section... Not a gut but i dont have a 6 pack and a nice set of love handels.
My diet isnt bad... I dont drink soda and I try to eat on schedule and only small portions. However, my job doesnt allow me to move around as much as I would like. I need more excercise during my day... I hit the gym or the track almost everyday to relieve stress...
My goals are modest. I have 5 years training experience and know most good excercises. I have solid and strong muscle under my layer of fat... My Girlfriend says I am that guy who you can tell hits the gym and is strong, but looks chubby...
So what I would like to do is build a novice cycle/stack that will help me to tone up and possibly help burn off some of this fat. I dont want a miracle drug and am not trying to compete in fitness competitions.. I just want to tone up and get moderate strength increases... I have my diet and workout down packed, but I have hit my platue and need that boost
