Are syringes legal?

Some guy at my gym keeps telling me syringes are legal and if cops found my used syringes on the side of the road they couldnt do anything to me?? Does anyone know if theres any truth to that?...

That might fall under the para law. Plus if you used them, then couldn't they test what was in them? Remember posession is 9 tenths of the law.

yea he was just saying that a cop would never pick up a syringe and go test it? what would be the procedure for that?

he would place you under arrest, then in the car. put on a glove and secure it in a evidence bag. What is your question? The cop wouldn't test it for roids in house but he would send it off but you would patiently behind the metal curtains

I think it depends on your states laws.

no i think the guy at the gym was saying if you gave your self a shot of test at your house and then got in your car and drove downt the road and threw your used syringe out your window into someones yard or something and they give the syringe to a cop the cop then wont do anything... i dunno ppl it didnt sound like the best idea to me but i thought it was interesting
