I'm going onto my Sophmore year in JUCO football and wrestling and am about to jump on a cycle here pre-season as well as in-season and was wondering what you guys had for any information or any guidance for this is my first cycle I'm going to run. I've been reading this forum and reading books pretty heavily for about a year and a half now, so now I think it's my turn to start using! What I'm looking to do is to give me that "EDGE" on the field and cut some more BF% as well as have some very good strength gains if possible!
My Stats
6' 3'' 285lbs
I'm 17% BF on arms 16% BF on Legs and 19% BF on Stomach
I know you guys are going to say diet diet diet but I'm a big heavyweight and Defensive Tackle, and if you can find a handful of people like me with the same % BF I'd like to ask them how they did it for it's been a long road for me!
My Diet (That I follow very strictly and abide by every day! No "cheating days" or "drinking day" for me!
3800-4000 calories a day
400 grams of protein a day
400 grams of carbs a day
85 grams of good fats a day

Test Prop 1-12 250mgs EOD
Tren Enanthate 1-12 500mgs 2xWK
Var-80mg-100 mgs ed
PCT I was thinking on running Nolvadex and proviron, that seems like the best PCT for this cycle, but please guide me elsewhere if I'm wrong!?!
