    Uber-Rip Cycle

    Hey... I'm running a new cycle... just want some opinions.

    Goals: Lean 10 lbs of muscle.

    Height/weight/bf: 6', 187lbs, 12%

    Age: 25

    Exp.: 3 Cycles, 6 Years Gym, 3 years pro-level volleyball.

    Week 1-10: 100 mg EOD Prop
    Week 1-10: 100 mg EOD Mast
    Week 1-3, 8-10: 25 mg Clen/day

    PCT

    Breakfast: 4 Egg whites, 4 strips turkey bacon
    Lunch: Protein Shake, Coffee
    Dinner: Chicken, Protein Shake, Rice
    B4 Bed: Protein Shake, Cottage Cheese

    Essentially I want almost a 0 fat and <200 g carb diet per day.

    p.s. Is this masteron worth it??? Im just rounding week two and I think I feel a bit of the prop, but i donno about the mast. Any personal experience with MAST anyone? It seems to be ideal for my goals, but so far nothing. I have no extra veins or hardness.

    Its just shy of 200g Protein. Not good enough?

    Ok, I will add tuna and something else.

    I was just reading the steroid profiles of TREN A, and ****... I want that lol. I just all excited when I read the profile. This will definitely be the base of my next cycle lol.

    how many total calories per day? too many shakes.
    no fat?

    Probably a lot lower than most of you guys... like 2k I imagine. And trying to minumim fat. Eliminating it is almost impossible.

    Please remember, I want to be lean, I even want to lose fat during the cycle.

    I've been as low as 6.5% body fat while getting 20% of my calories from fat, you may want to back up and re-think the diet, there are some excellent threads on lean bulking in the diet section.

    ill leave the diet to the other guys...but tren never a base to any cycle....TEST is the base to EVERY cycle...prop tren is a great one as long as your have your anti's and all that good stuff....but also, im not too familiar with clen, maybe somone else could shine more light on it, but it seems that running 6 weeks straight of it would prove better results than 3 on, 4 off,3 on...well atleast thats what i got from the clen profile...and ive never run mast so sorry i cant help ya with that

    Bro your diet is horrible.

    ITs not even suitable for maintaning muscle mass you already have. Way too many shakes and not enough protein at all. You could def. kick up the fat as well as carbs. I know everyone thinks "oh i dont want any carbs cus i dont wanna gain fat. Listen you are going to need carbs to build muscle so your mindset is way off. You should be adding some potatoes, 100% rolled oats, lentils, barley or something more then just rice to that diet. Visit the diet section and look towards the top for how to lean bulk like BIG told you. You'll find tons of valuable info.

    3 cycles?? you goal was more than obtainable naturally.

    I'll add and agree with the rest, diet sucks straight up.
