Tapering? Any point in doing it?
Is tapering a good idea? Does anyone here do it?
Does it really improve recovery or is it just an outdated practice?
Would like to hear what you have to say!

I think its a matter of how you handle the rut...Some people do it to avoid the rut while others find ways around it..

No. It went out with blue jean jackets...
Basically if you taper it takes you longer to recover because you're sytem won't start to normalize while it is still getting a flow of androgens. It is a waste of gear. Going cold turkey and taking proper anichilaries is the norm now braddah.
