    Deca Questions

    I'm somewhat new to all of this and I was thinking about starting Deca. I've read a bit and kind of know whats going on with it. However, I still don't feel like I know enough. What all would you guys recommend taking with it to prevent water retention and the other side effects that may come along with it?

    You need to run test with deca, do some more reading.

    Deca shouldn't be taken alone and shouldn't be taken on a first cycle, in my opinion.

    body fat%?
    years training?
    pct knowledge?

    age - 21
    height - 6'1"
    weight - 175
    body fat - Not sure
    years training - About 6yrs (4 hard)
    pct knowledge - Don't know a whole lot about Deca...I'm pretty new to all of this and I've only used Winstrol before which I liked, but it is really hard to find much around here.

    I just happened to have a friend come along some Deca...My goal is to put on about 20lbs but still stay lean. Would there be a better option for me being new to all of this?

    You need to do alot of research on aas and diet before you even think about taking deca or anything for that matter

    test ent is usually recommended for beginners, 21 is a little on the young side,How is your diet, 175 is a little small for 6'1 you need to get it in check before starting.

    deca made me lactate @ 400mg/wk.

    I'm on a pretty solid diet. As for 175, I dropped about 15lbs after deciding to stop playing football last December.

    read up on diet and pct, then when you think you are ready start with a test ent or cyp, be sure to have your PCT chems before starting.

    4 years of hard training and 175lbs. at 6-1, you're diet sucks unless your 4% and a marathon runner, sorry just keeping it real. Running just deca is a really, really, bad idea.

    definitely add some TESTOSTERONE.
    Together they will make a SOLID cycle if diet and training is right.
