It's nearly impossible to keep your lipid profile stable when running any cycle, and when you add in a strong compound like letrozole , you'll definitely be creeping (if not jumping) past the "healthy" zone.
I've found that milk thistle, fish oil, flax seeds (you can actually buy them at whole foods), and oatmeal can help lower cholesterol. Cut out red meat entirely and move to chicken and lean fish for protein. LOTS of vegetables also help.
Aside from taking sketchy cholsterol drug like vytorin or lipitor, there really aren't any other supplements that will work. Diet is #1 here.
Track the numbers and then bring the evidence to a certified medical professional and get an expert opinion about the short term/long term effects when you're done with cycle and able to see if your lipid profile has improved.
When you cease the gear, you should return to normal in 3-4 weeks time. I am very fit with my endurance but sometimes the lipid profile is that of an obese slob when I'm running alot of test + letrozole.
Good luck bro.
