I'm 28, 6'4, 270. I'm a little confused ive been reading all the posted material but maybe im looking in the wrong places. Ive never had a prob putting wieght on legs arms back (a little on the chest). So now i have a little chub and thought maybe i can kill 2 birds with one stone. The fat loss talked about with var sounds good and i just dont know where to begin though. any help would be appreciated.
