    Lean/Cut Cycle for 1st timer - Update (Deca)

    40 yrs old
    5' 10"
    197 lbs
    18.5% BF

    First off, thanks to all that responded. Lots of good advice. So I have decreased body fat 5.4% over the last two months and am still working to get to the target of < 18%. In the mean time I have been trying to source test of any sort since the advice came in from May. I have looked to the banners from this site and they do not stock it. I continue to look but in the mean time have purchased a cycle of deca 200. I will continue to search for the test but if I cant find any, is trying the deca as a first cycle even an option?

    First off, please edit the lab name out, it isn't allowed on here. Second, this post kinda looks like you are source fishing, which also is not allowed. And third, a Deca only cycle is never a good idea IMO. I don't want to sound like a jerk, but I am trying to keep you out of trouble on here man.

    Thanks going4ripped for the advice. I did look for advice in the main site about deca and couldnt find anything seriously negative but I will look again.

    i dont believe anyone should cycle over 12%. gains will be hindered and side effects high. not worth it.

    good job losing weight so far.

    what kind of deca 200? please dont say the sponsors pills

    12% is the lowest target anyone has suggested. I agree that it might be ideal but for me it might be unattainable.

    no its not. unless you found a way to break the first law of thermodynamics. post total cals and %'s of pro/carb/fat

    post your diet in the diet section
    post your workouts in the cardio section
    theres no reason you cant burn that fat away!
