    Second Cycle

    Hi everyone, im new here and this is my first post, hoping to learn alot on anabolic steroids and bodybuilding. been bodybuilding for 2 years but all up been doing weights for 2 years prior to starting bodybuilding for sport. have done one cycle of 400mg test enth/wk and 100mg deca /wk for 10 wk. got good results. i want to do my second cycle i was thinking test prop and stanazol/winny to put on a bit of size and get that hard look. was thinking

    1-10: 100mg prop EOD
    5-10: 50mg stan ED

    what you think?
    or a mate sugges this for better results
    1-10: 100mg prop EOD
    1-10: 200mg deca A WEEK
    7-12: 50mg stan ED

    what you think? any oppinions or ideas would be good cheers boys

    prop is better shot every day, much much better

    deca needs to be cut ~4 weeks before test p (which only gives you 6 weeks to run it... too short), unless you mean nandrolone phenylpropionate? that deca dose is too low to do anything but help your joints

    what do you know about pct?

    what is you bf%?
    # of meals per day?

    by the way test/deca/winny is a pretty good combo

    Bro,you want to get lean and cut...then you need to get your nutrition to gether first...that first cycle wasnt bad...The prop EOD is ok...200mgs of deca is on the low side...stan at 50 ED ok...but trust me if your diet is off all those compounds mean nothing.

    i would recomend 500 mgs decca evry week imo.
    get a pct together before you begin cycle.

    include an AI and SERM; HCG would be beneficial with the decca use. HCG is not PCT though

    my body fat is about 15%, my diet hasnt been the best in the past i have always been eating big amounts of protein, but also alot of shit and alcohol on the weekends. i have just started a diet of high protein and lower carbs protein every meal 5 meals a day plus protein shakes after weights and no starchy carbs ie potato pasta after lunch. goin start 2 do 30min cardio 3 times a week 2. another thing would would be a good PCT to do after this cycle? i do want to get my diet into gear first before i start. i probably wont start for another couple of months. so would you still recommend doing the prop,deca , winny cycle or any other opinions? cheers

    gotta quit drinking on juice or you could end up shitting your liver out.

    prop is good every day, not eod
    if you do deca with prop you need nandrolone phenylpropionate not nandrolone decanoate

    pct i like is 20mg-40mg of nolvadex anf 50mg proviron
    clomid sucks
