expiration dates
I have a bottle of bold that i is expired but I am starting a new cycle and wanted to know how concrete the expriation dates are on the bottles. This is australlian and has a kangaroo on it. I appreciate any input.

It will be fine, if anything the potency may be a little less than it was originally.

Typically you can use up to 3 years after expiration date, but expect a 10% drop in potency each year.

I think a good question would be how expired is it??? If it expired in 96' id toss it!! But a few yrs u should be ok generally.. potency is all that usually suffers....

EXP dates are bullshit.. if its 10 years old and been sealed it's still sterile and probably loss a little but of potency.. Just use a little bit more.

damn i would never have anything left over from that long, but thats just me i dont like to sit on gear.
