next write out how you are going to be taking the clen, 2 week on 2 week off, straight through with benedryl method, 2 day on 2 day off?
Age: 20, Height: 5'11, Weight: 270, dont know body fat and my training has always been more of a football workout because i used to play, not allot of cardio and allot of lifting but im adding more cardio into my routine. And i wanna know the best way to take clen. 2 on 2 off, 3 on 3 off? I wanna do this right
I prefer taking for 2 week on/off intervals. But please read the stickies on clen as you need to pyramid your dose and monitor body temp. To get the best results with the least damage to your body you need to know as much about what your gonna take as possible.
what is a good dose pyrmaid?
try cardio in the morning before your first meal man . then a little after the weights take lots of BCAA to prevent mucle loss change the dose every 3 days u might wanna start at 80mgs cause i weight 260 and it takes a lil more for us bigger guys
