hey hows it goin forum. im 19 im an inspiring mma fighter and im looking to start cycling. i dont wanna take thinking im going to get an edge but i got hurt wrestling and was out all last year and i need something to help me get back, i only plan on cycling twice or so. i really dont want to put on alot of weight but id like to increase strength and tone up. what would be something to use in my situation. any help would be appreciated.
