    needs some simple help

    hey hows it goin forum. im 19 im an inspiring mma fighter and im looking to start cycling. i dont wanna take thinking im going to get an edge but i got hurt wrestling and was out all last year and i need something to help me get back, i only plan on cycling twice or so. i really dont want to put on alot of weight but id like to increase strength and tone up. what would be something to use in my situation. any help would be appreciated.

    First off i dont think you should cycle at 19 years old. Secondly your tendons need to be strengthend naturally if you use juice alot of times you end up with more problems if you already have an existing injury.

    at your age i wouldnt say get too serious but check these links

    right now due to your goals, and you age i would reomend
    1-4 weeks halo 30mg
    5-7 weeks nolvadex 20mg

    dont really mess with anything ele now and thats more than enough for a great fighting boost

    ill will wait til im rehabilitated completely before i do anything. what if i just took straight halo for 7 or 8 weeks. does this cme in an injectable form or just a pill form and what are some things u gotta to after ur cycles over. trust me im not sure im going to do this. im just asking so in case i do i dont hurt myself. anymore help would be great im young but if im gonna do it i want to do it right.

    It is only in oral form and is very liver toxic so you shouldnt stay on for 8 weeks.

    i guess you didnt read the profiles that i gave you links to on halo?
    halo is only oral- very toxic
    anything more than 4 weeks youre asking for trouble
    the nolvadex IS what you take after cycle

    good call on rehab first, dont jump on anything until you put some months of reading in anyway. i feel ya bro i been a wrestler long long time mma fighter as of this year. looottss of surgeries. lots of rehab.

    i read the profiles. i should be rehabilitated in a few weeks. i might go after it. im gonna read some more.

    ok done. im sure i got more questions along the way but ill start reading more until then. oh why im on here. when on halo are the workouts to be more cardio or lifting or is it to be intense all around how does halo work the best.

    HAVE a full panel bloodwork done on your natural hormone levels and see where they are at.
    Most likely at 19 all you need is proper DIET AND TRAINING

    well thats true. but at 6ft and 185lbs. im damn strng i just want more. i mean right now i i bench 245. incline 225. hang clean 185. thats just numbers on some of the bigger exercises.

    at a light dose its much less suppressive than the usual prescription of 500mg test e 10-12 weeks so it fits his age
    also, halo fits his goals the best... strong as you can be at your size.. weight class issues

    everything is more intense
    you'll shave lots off your 40, add to your vertical
    you'll hit that double leg dump in the third period feeling the the first period whistle just blew
    you'll already have his ankle in your palm before he even realizes you just shot a low single
    assuming you know how to eat. if you wrestle for a half decent team you know more about training than 3/4 of this board.

    oh yea my team was number two in oklahoma for like 4 years in a row and we dropped to #4 my senior year. i culdnt wreslte though. so how will i take the halo. how many a week and then how long before i cycle again or will i just cycle once.

    yeah no doubt you can train. how far did you go junior year? you wrestling at a university?

    1-4 weeks halo 30mg every day
    5-7 weeks nolvadex 20mg every day

    halo usually comes in 5mg or 10mg caps/tabs
    take 15mg with your morning meal, then 15mg before your workout, with a meal

    you have to make sure you never get hungry on halo, and youre getting the right meals. if i go hungry on halo i go NUTS. im a very nice, level headed guy but i can do some stupid shit when i get hungry on halo.

    youre also going to have a hard time finding a real source for it, dont look on google or anything its probably a scam
    before you get anything make sure youre a member for 45 days with over 100 quality posts to qualify for a source check, too see if your guy is legit

    oh ok i c. well i didnt go to far. i was already hurt and our 160 lber took advantage and dropped and beat me in overtime. then he acted bad because he beat the hurt guy and then he didnt even go to state. he buckled underpressure. coach said i woulda went but rules were rules. i hate how shit works. now its time to redeem myself in the way of mma.

    no man why not it can be so much fun and you can major in something you love. what about sport science? you can study supplements or muscle fatigue or so many different things in sports, get paid to be a scientist in the field big bux.

    im just not big on school or good at it. we farm big time and thats realy what i love. and theres lots of money being made in what we do.

    You shouldnt be taking any form of AAS at your age unless you think the risks are worth it..

    i honestly don't believe you will stop at 2 cycles. steroids are addicting and most people start and don't stop for a long time. it becomes more than a hobby; turns into a way of life

    ok and what would hindering my natural test levels cause or do. and one8nine you said to post my diet. i dont have a diet i go by. i been out of it for a year. i need to get me a new diet.

    halo is hardly supressive at all i cant see it doing anything like that
    read all the stickies in there learn about nutrion make up a diet post it in there for help and then follow it. without a good diet you wont get anywhere.

    you are on a cycle right now. your natural test levels are high enough at your age to be considered a mild cycle. if you do this it could leave you impotent, amoung other problems due to low test levels

    yeah POSSIBLY (far from proven in studies) if he takes harsh compounds. not halo.

    when u cycle on halo for 4 weeks then the other stuff for the other 4 weeks, how long do you wait before you do another cycle.

    nolvadex is your pct
    time on+pct=time off
    so 8 weeks drug free
