    Whats out there for me

    I want to take something to help me get quick gains. Just started going back to the gym. Was in a accident 2 years ago and i had to go to therapy. Lost 65lb and i want to get it back. Eating 4 times a day and 3 protein shakes.

    Am 25 year old/ 154lb/ 5'9" height.

    Goals is to weigh 210lb. Gain serious muscle mass.

    Never took steroids so please inform me of what to take. Been around and there's alot of places that say you will see gains. I want to get straight to the point

    You dont need steroids, you need food and training thats all, try and regain what you have lost naturally and get many months under your belt with some intense training sessions

    post your diet up in the diet forum and put lots of reading in the mean time

    is there anything that can help. That will give me more energy and make last longer at the gym.

    a great diet, eating the right things at the right times, multi vitamins, b12/bcomplex

    caffine..........just try it at about 1,000mg. 1 hour before your workout

    yeah.. but you really dont want to be training more then an hour because dont you start tearing down your muscles for energy instead of the stored energy.. forget the terms

    Yes, after 45-60 minutes your body will start to break down muscle for energy. The reason this is important is because when your body enters a catabolic state it breaks down muscle tissue into it's constitute amino acids and transports those to your liver where they are broken down into alanine and converted into glycogen via gluconeogenesis. But this can be avoided by providing your body with either protein for it to break down into amino acids or the aminos themselves. Btw, glutamine makes up about 60% of the aminos in muscle tissue and therefore is the most used amino during gluconeogenesis, so drinking a drink that contains glutamine, protein, and simple carbohydrates can help you keep from entering a catabolic state.

    I dont get it, how many newbies a day come in ask what can I do to get good gains and when they are given the answer they totally ignore it. Yeah I was new once but first thing I did was read and took advise. I still consider myself new and learn more every time I visit the site.

    PLEASE, when people say most important is your diet trust them. You can inject all you want and if you don't diet right the only thing you will gain is water and fat or some Gyno if your lucky.

    Diet does not mean less for. I have lost a ton of fat by eating a lot more I just eat a lot better and a lot more frequent every 2 hrs or less . Visit the diet section and learn what to eat and when to eat it. I now you dont want to loose weight but you will learn what you need to eat to bulk.
