I want to take something to help me get quick gains. Just started going back to the gym. Was in a accident 2 years ago and i had to go to therapy. Lost 65lb and i want to get it back. Eating 4 times a day and 3 protein shakes.
Am 25 year old/ 154lb/ 5'9" height.
Goals is to weigh 210lb. Gain serious muscle mass.
Never took steroids so please inform me of what to take. Been around and there's alot of places that say you will see gains. I want to get straight to the point
