    bulking up

    hi people i was just wonderin what is the best corse to do to bulk up .

    i just want to put loads ov size on i am 12 stone now and think i need to gt a lot bigger .

    i have a body with plenty of muscle just need to grow more can eni body help me plz .

    am 5 ft 7 21 yrs old i been trainin on and off for bout 4 years but only light training tho

    so u think u ready for roids, its a big step and i honestly dont think u reachesd your natural potential if u only 12st.
    why not try a full year of hard training n see where u at after that

    its just when i am training i am nt putting on eny size so i think steroids will give me a boost which would u advise taking

    stats,,experience,,,etc.. are all needed for a tailor made cycle.
    best bulker ive used was ANADROL/TREN/SUST/HGH/IGF1
    DOSAGES ARE INDIVIDUAL depending on person.

    well hell yes, thats an awesome mix but a little expensive for most. The anadrol is def. the most powerfull oral I've ever taken but I was taking too much also.

    For the money and the ease of taking it in I'd say Anadrol and test-e, also 2 gallons of milk everyday. You could be stepping on the scales in week 10 at 50 more pounds, thats 2 gallons with milk. Also out of the 50lbs. it will consist of something like 25lbs. fat and 5lbs. of water.

    for one... some of you guys are morons. your supposed to be telling this fella that he is not ready for anabolics!!

    first you need to post up your wieght and body fat also.

    then! you need to post up your diet and training regimen

    and then, and only then can we give you the correct advice on how to get big.

    from how it sounds your diet is not on par and either is your training.
    at your age, you have plenty of test flowing and you just need to be sure to build off that. steroids are not for you, from what i see.
    once you get those nailed down, you will see plenty of gains.

    and ****... you shouldnt of even wasted your time postin in here.

    A moron? Doubt that. He's 21, and thats your opinion about BF issues not mine as I know the anti-e's to deal with that. Hell I could get his estro's lower on a cycle than they are naturally so why is his BF relavant. Its easier to get into shape on a cycle than off yet you probably have zero experience with this, you just like to repeat what someone else says over and over and over again.

    yea hes 21 but he obviously hasnt learned what he needs to if he cant reach his goals at age 21. hes at the perfect age to blow up if he gets a diet and training right.

    and what are you talking about BF issues?. i have no clue what your talking about. are you sayin that you dont need his body fat in order to give him advice?? cuz if so, well... i wont state it again. but knowing body fat will let us know what we are working with. of course if he has high body fat then we can help him with cardio and diet. thats what we are here for. to help. not to sit here and bicker between me and you. so you give him your advice and ill give him mine. he can then choose what he likes to with the information we provide.

    oh and thread poster... please sure to let us know what info you use and your results

    huh.... okay. you are special. to recommend anadrol for a first cycle is purely unresponsible and uneducated

    consindering!!! that anadrol has many side affects, is highly liver toxic. many users experience loss of appetite and harsh sides. so why would you give a newbie that sort of advice?? seriously? im asking a serious question to you? have you ever read the scientific info on anadrol? cuz it sure doesnt seem like it.

    and 2 gallons of milk? wow, i mean i love milk when i bulk but you dont need that much. there are much better whole foods that you can eat that are also cheap in price and have less fat and or carbs. but just as much protein

    I wonder if dude has ever chugged a gallon in under an hour. There is about 2,000 calories in one gallon, so 4,000 cals in just milk that almost as much as most bodybuilders around 250 take in in a day. I understand that too much milk can be trouble for the kidneys

    I edited my post duk I said 4,000 gallons I know that would be about 8 million cals. Imagine!!!!! My brain is fried after today's training

    Drinking milk only with all your meals will add a bunch of protein, fat, and glucose, 2 gallons with 4 meals = 1 pound gain a day

    No I haven't chugged a gallon in one hour, what would be the point. I did one time drink 2 gallons for 14 days straight and gained 16lbs. I aslo felt extremely jacked on power but my belt went up 2 inches also. Couldn't handle the extra fat but alot was muscle also. Glucose and cholesterol can work in crazy ways.

    As a fellow young guy I would say wait on the roids. I have only done one cycle at a bit older than you and I would advise you to spend the next year on developing a great training routine with lots of power movements etc to max out. I did that and put on serious weight and picked up lots of great habits with out juice.

    Best thing I ever did. I am ready for cycle number two when I decide to but with the knowledge I have gained it will be that much better.

    milk bloats you and takes a long time to digest. test/deca/d-bol is the best mass stack in my mind but if you dont know how to properly eat then all the steroids in the world wouldn't help you. you have to learn to crawl before you can walk. everything thinks they know how to eat right until they start reading. you have to know what to eat and when to eat it because that is the single most important thing in bodybuilding. go to the diet forum and read some of narks posts and you'll realize that you still have alot to learn. nark is probably the most knowledgable person in that field and he is willing to help anyone that asks so go see what you can learn then you can consider a mass cycle. good luck bro

    idk test E tren E and Abombs sounds like a better bulker to me

    he is deffinetly not in need of gear. I am 31 and train with a 21 year old. His routine and mine are the same. His diet is similar to mine except that I eat 5 meals and he only eats 4. We train hard. since sept of 07 he has put on 45lbs without gear. I put on about 37 since sept. 32lbs on my cycle.

    My point is when your 21 your on gear, its just produced naturaly. also remind hbthat he may get so big that his joints and tendons won't keep up. He is barley training now and that is a recepie for disaster.
