Cool.....so running just an Ai should be fine. I see alot of people using nolva by its self during a cycle or in conjunction with an AI.

it depends on the person and what there after. i am not gyno prone, even at over a gram of test yet i run armidex with every cycle to help keep my water down

letro and arimidex are for being on cycle
nolva, proviron and aromasin are for pct
a serm on cycle will greatly inhibit gains
