alright i know you have to eat to grow. but i was wondering. i've never done a true cutting cycle (on gear and in a caloric deficit). my cycles have always been for 1 reason to get f**king bigger! although i have always been more lean by cycles end. my question is if a guy is on gear but reduces calories to drop body fat will he still put on some muscle from the gear? without the excess calories but at a lower rate than when eating to grow. i know a there are a million things that come into play but in general are you either on a bulk or a cut and never a combination of both? the reason for my question is im set to start soon (5th cycle) but cant decide on diet yet. thanx for the help this place always rocks with good advice.
